Everyone starts their day differently. However, if your energy dips to zero before lunchtime, you may want to reconsider your morning routine—many habits aren’t as healthy as you might think.
It doesn’t matter whether you’re a morning grouch or an early riser – everyone has their morning routine, which they follow more or less faithfully during the week.
Anyone who has found their ideal morning routine and enjoys a lot of energy and vigor throughout the day can consider themselves lucky.

On the flip side, hitting the snooze button over and over again and falling back asleep multiple times is just as unhealthy. This little nap affects your brain.

When you wake up, the first thing you do is scroll through your smartphone’s apps? Not a good idea.

Juice can be part of a healthy breakfast. However, if you always get tired in the late morning, you might want to eat something else.

Skipping Breakfast
You must listen to your body. If that means delaying breakfast or just having a quick bite to eat, that’s perfectly fine.
Skipping breakfast to lose weight or because it’s supposed to be healthy isn’t a good idea when you sleep; your body fasts. After that, however, you must provide it with nutrients.

I Was Overeating Carbohydrates
Don’t overindulge in traditional foods like cereal, toast, or bagels at breakfast, either. Your body does need carbohydrates. However, if you overeat these early on, it can lead to a blood sugar crash.

Of course, it’s essential to think about what’s coming up for the day and to be aware of your tasks. That doesn’t mean you have to get things done early in the morning, though, especially if they’re stressful.
“It’s how you start the day overwhelmed, anxious, and depressed,” says Anderson. “So take time off before you go to work.” On the other hand, a calm morning routine can reduce stress and give you a calm start to the day.
Only Awake Thanks To Coffee?
“It’s okay to have caffeine every once in a while,” .”But relying on coffee for energy instead of getting better sleep can lead to a vicious cycle of fatigue.”
If you also need plenty of caffeine during the day to get by, it may be a sign that you are sleep deprived.
Instead, Start The Day Calmly And Relaxed
Many everyday morning habits do more harm than good. So it can be worth rethinking your routines and changing them if necessary.
A bit of exercise with fresh desire, stretching all your limbs, or just a moment of rest can have a significant impact on how well you get through the day afterwards.
